T'ai Chi & Qigong for Seniors and the Physically Challenged Relaxing music sooths attendees and sets a serene mood. Yoga By holding simple, gentle yoga poses you can develop posture, balance, flexibility and muscle strength. This natural, slow and peaceful full-body workout focuses on deep breathing, muscle relaxation and letting go. Participation is on the floor and standing using your mat and towel or small blanket; however sitting in a chair is always an option.
